I have to admit Brandy was an overlooked category for me. That all changed when I walked in the door at PDT and @jeffreymbell poured me @BertouxBrandy for the first time. 🥃 The second you taste Bertoux, your mind starts racing with all the ways it could be used in a cocktail. It is one of the most versatile spirits I have tried in a long time. Then the cocktails started…the first one being this traditional Sidecar, which played a part in the inspiration for the name BERTOUX.
