The @BertouxBrandy Old Fashioned From My Shoot With Jeff Bell At PDT NY 🥃 A great way to evaluate a spirit for the first time is to try it in a simple cocktail. When @jeffreymbell made this Old Fashioned, he explained that he likes to keep it basic – just a small amount of simple, 2 dashes of Ango Bitters – nothing that will overshadow the @BertouxBrandy…That’s when you know you are working with a great spirit! The goal is to allow the drinker to taste the spirit – not to mask it with other ingredients. It was when I tasted this simple Old Fashioned that I discovered what many of you have realized, BERTOUX shines in cocktails – from the simple to the complex!
