|.75 oz.||Lemon Juice|
|.5 oz.||Cardamom Grenadine*|
|.25 oz.||Destilare Pomegranate Liqueur|
Combine all ingredients into tin except coconut soda and give it a light shake. Strain over fresh KD ice and top with coconut soda and garnish with sage and lemon. Top with coconut soda. Garnish with sage plume and lemon wheel.
Equal parts pomegranate juice and sugar and bring to a low simmer, add cardamom pods, 6-8 per quart of pom and sugar, let simmer together for 20 min and strain off cardamom pods.
*Housemade Coconut Soda
Add a splash of coconut water to soda to add flavor.
