Precious Stone

1.5 oz. BERTOUX Brandy
1.5 oz. Umeshu
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
.75 oz. Heavy Cream
.5 oz. Creme de Noyaux
1 Egg White
5 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
1.5 oz. Club Soda (top)


Combine all ingredients, shake without ice. Add ice, shake again, then fine strain into a chilled collins glass and top with 1.5 oz. club soda.
