1.5 oz. | Umeshu |
.75 oz. | Lemon Juice |
.75 oz. | Simple Syrup |
.75 oz. | Heavy Cream |
.5 oz. | Creme de Noyaux |
1 | Egg White |
5 Dashes | Peychaud's Bitters |
1.5 oz. | Club Soda (top) |
Method
Combine all ingredients, shake without ice. Add ice, shake again, then fine strain into a chilled collins glass and top with 1.5 oz. club soda.
