Perfect Timing

1.5 oz. BERTOUX Brandy
.75 oz. Fusion Verjus Blanc
.75 oz. Ramazzotti Aperitivo
.25 oz. Giffard Crème de Pêche
1 tsp. Simple Syrup
2 dashes Acid Phosphate
2 drops Salt Solution

Method

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with an edible flower.
