1.5 oz. BERTOUX Brandy
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Combier Crème de Banane
.5 oz. Cynar
.5 oz. Rich Simple Syrup (2 parts sugar : 1 part water)
3 dashes Angostura Bitters 
Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon Tonic (amount can be flexible based on glass size or ice type)


Shake all ingredients except Bitter Lemon Tonic with ice and double-strain into a collins glass. Top with Bitter Lemon Tonic and fill the glass with fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprigs.
