Haru #1

1.25 oz. BERTOUX Brandy (infused with chamomile)
3/4 oz. White Port
1/2 oz. Crème de Pêche
1 oz. Cucumber Juice (purée)
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Ginger Syrup 

Method

Shake with ice. Strain into chilled highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with halved strawberry and atomizer spray of "Sakura" mist.
