Golden Orchard

1.5 oz. BERTOUX Brandy
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Orgeat
.5 oz. St George Spiced Pear liqueur
Dry, Hard Cider (Aval)

Method

Build in Shaker. Shake, strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with dry hard cider (we love Aval). Top with 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Garnish with a pear fan.
