.75 oz. | Lemon Juice |
.5 oz. | Orgeat |
.5 oz. | St George Spiced Pear liqueur |
Dry, Hard Cider (Aval) |
Method
Build in Shaker. Shake, strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with dry hard cider (we love Aval). Top with 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters. Garnish with a pear fan.
