1.5 oz. BERTOUX Brandy
.5 oz. Black Tea Syrup
1 tsp. Yuzu Juice
1 Shiso Leaf

Method

Muddle shiso and black tea syrup in a chilled Julep cup, combine remaining ingredients and fill with crushed ice. Swizzle until Julep cup frosts over, top with crushed ice. Garnish with a shiso leaf.
