Crème Tangerine With A Pineapple Heart

1.5 oz. BERTOUX Brandy
.75 oz. Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Coconut Cream*
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Cointreau
3 drops Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate

Method

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a mandarin segment.

*For Coconut Cream:

12 fl oz. Coconut Milk
12 fl oz. Coconut Cream
500g Sugar

Stir until sugar is dissolved. Makes approx. 1 quart
