Crème Tangerine With A Pineapple Heart
1.5 oz. | BERTOUX Brandy |
.75 oz. | Pineapple Juice |
.5 oz. | Coconut Cream* |
.5 oz. | Lemon Juice |
.5 oz. | Cointreau |
3 drops | Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate |
Method
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a mandarin segment.
*For Coconut Cream:
12 fl oz. Coconut Milk
12 fl oz. Coconut Cream
500g Sugar
Stir until sugar is dissolved. Makes approx. 1 quart
