2 oz. BERTOUX Brandy
.75 oz. Fresh Cantaloupe Juice
.5 oz. Demerara Syrup (ratio 1.5-1)
3 Sage Leaves
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

Quick shake with crushed ice all ingredients except sage. Pour into Julep cup or Old Fashioned glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with fresh sage leaves.
