.5 oz | Simple Syrup |
.5 oz | Fresh Lemon Juice |
2 | Dashes Angostura Bitters |
Ginger Beer to top | |
Candied Ginger | |
Lime wheel |
Method
Combine all ingredients except Ginger Beer, shake with ice & strain into Collins glass. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with candied ginger and a lime wheel.
