|1.5 oz.||BERTOUX Brandy infused with Roasted, Salted Black Sesame Seeds*|
|.5 oz.||Elijah Craig Barrel Proof|
|.5 oz.||Licor 43|
|2 dashes||Orange Bitters|
Stir with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
*Roasted Salted Black Sesame Seed infusion
1 750mL bottle of BERTOUX Brandy
50g Roasted Salted Black Sesame Seeds (we use Japanese Pantry)
In a spice grinder, grind the Black Sesame seeds roughly. Add to 1 bottle of BERTOUX Brandy and let sit for 10 minutes. Double Strain through a coffee filter and bottle.
