1.5 oz. | BERTOUX Brandy infused with Roasted, Salted Black Sesame Seeds* |
1 oz. | Cynar |
.5 oz. | Elijah Craig Barrel Proof |
.5 oz. | Licor 43 |
2 dashes | Orange Bitters |
Method
Stir with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
*Roasted Salted Black Sesame Seed infusion
1 750mL bottle of BERTOUX Brandy
50g Roasted Salted Black Sesame Seeds (we use Japanese Pantry)
In a spice grinder, grind the Black Sesame seeds roughly. Add to 1 bottle of BERTOUX Brandy and let sit for 10 minutes. Double Strain through a coffee filter and bottle.
