2 oz. BERTOUX Brandy
.75 oz. Boiron Kalamansi Puree
.5 oz. Licor 43
.5 oz. Honey Syrup

Method

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and top with Champagne.

Garnish with a dash of Angostura Bitters.
